Welcoming in a New Year

Wow!! What a year we both have had! Who knew that one year ago Dan and I would be where we are today. Ha, we weren't even dating a year ago. Crazy! Here is a look at our year in rewind:

Jan. 3, 2012 - My 20th birthday and the day Daniel asked me to be his girlfriend :)

June 13, 2012 - Dan and I were married in Bountiful, Utah and had an amazing reception and party. It was such an amazing day, and we were so excited to be joining two wonderful families together.

June 14 - 23, 2012 - Honeymoon in Southern Utah and Las Vegas

July - Dan and I lived in Sandy in his grandparent's basement apartment. What a blessing that was for us!! They were so sweet to allow us to live in their home, and we enjoyed getting to know them better. We spent lots of time with family and friends throughout the summer.

August - At the end of August we moved down to Provo to start another semester at BYU. We moved into our first 'real' apartment - we paid rent and everything. hahaha. We also celebrated a birthday this month - and how much fun that was!! Dan turned 22!

September - School, fishing, business. I didn't take many pictures this month.

October - We celebrated our first Halloween together, and bought ourselves a dog. And sold a dog. And learned some fun life lessons. :)

November - Thanksgiving, family pictures, midterms, just hanging in and making it through school . . . and loving every moment!! We also celebrated the anniversary of knowing each other for one year by attending a BYU football game with Scott and Katie!

December - Christmas and holiday cheer was abundant in our home!! How much fun we had, driving and seeing the lights, taking trips to temple square, drinking hot cocoa, and watching Christmas movies!! While we did wake up Christmas morning with the stomach flu, we still had an amazing holiday season that will never be forgotten!!
