Winter semester ended exactly one week ago, spring term started yesterday. Life is crazy when you are in school. Dan has been awesome this summer. He found a full-time seasonal job working for Utah County. I'm so grateful for the hard work he puts in and the money he earns for our little family. Because of him I have the opportunity to take classes this Spring.
I'm taking a U.S. History class, a World Geography course, and a secondary education class as well. I love all of them!! I've only been to each one once so far, but it has been so interesting! I have been taking Economics courses for so long that it is extremely refreshing to be learning new subjects. And I am loving my education class. It is the first education class I've taken, and it covers the use of technology in the classroom. It seems really interesting!
Dan and I have also been having a lot of fun, it's not all work and school around here. Last week to celebrate the warm weather we went to the Tulip Festival. It was beautiful. Here are some pictures from our adventures.
Isn't my husband so cute?!? We had so much fun walking around and exploring the gardens. They were huge!
And then to bring the beauty back to our home . . .
Dan surprised me with these beautiful plants!! The flowers we have in a basket right outside our front door, and the cilantro and rosemary stay in pots in our house. They are so we can put fresh herbs right into our food as we are eating dinner. They are so beautiful! I also have the sweetest husband ever. I had no idea he was getting all of these for me, I just came home from work one day and they were here!
We are so looking forward to more adventures in the sun!! This is going to be one great summer.
