Graduation

This last weekend I walked in graduation ceremonies at BYU. I graduated in Dec. 2013, but they only have convocation in either August or April. Even though I have been working and not going to school for a little bit now, it was still fun to go back, walk across the stage, and accept my diploma (even though I already have the actual diploma, and it was just an empty case :) I got to see some old friends, and reminisce about all that I have been through.  During the three and a half years here I went on a study abroad in Germany, got married, found a subject I was passionate about, fell in love with my job, and made some great friends. It was a hard three years, but for the most part they were awesome!!

The best part about the past three years is my amazing family. They have been so supportive, and I couldn't have made it through without them. This weekend I was totally spoiled by both my immediate family and my in-laws. They threw me two amazing grad parties and it was just a wonderful time!

My ceremony was at two in the afternoon. My mom and two sisters were there ( along with my adorable nephew). Obviously Dan was there as well, along with his parents. After the ceremony we took pictures and then went to Anna's house for dinner. We had brats and salad and cheesecake! It was so yummy.

On Saturday we went up to Dan's parents house for a second party. We had giant six foot long subs and chips and treats. It was so fun, and I felt so spoiled.

I was so happy to have graduated!!

And now I am officially an Alumni, with a shirt to prove it and everything! It's crazy to think how much things are changing now that I've graduated. Daniel and I still have a few years left here while Dan finishes school, so our changes are drastic, but things are still changing. Our friends are moving away, we're both working this summer, and we're still trying to figure out what we're doing with our lives. Well,  at least I am. :) Dan's got at least the next four years or so planned out, but I'm a lot less sure of what I want to do. While I like working at the credit union, it's definitely not the ending place for me. I'm still trying to figure out what is though. So, if you have any suggestions for me, feel free to let me know :)
