Daniel and I have been busy having lots of fun this summer! Also with work and keeping up with my book blog, we've actually been pretty busy. In case you guys are wondering, I'm thoroughly enjoying the book blogging. I definitely feel like I need to read more, but it's been a lot of fun sharing something I love so much with others. Even if lots of people never read my blog, it still is a fun adventure.
Work is going well for both of us too. Dan works full time for the Parks Deparment, and I'm still part time at the credit union. I would love to go full time if something were to open up, but we'll have to see about that.
Anyways, Daniel and I have been having lots of fun this week as the weather has gotten nicer and the days longer. On Wednesday we rented a tandem bike and biked up the canyon. I'll post pics of that some other time.
Tonight we went up th canyon again for a picnic and to play games. We went to a small picnic area right up along the river. It was beautiful! Dan had made tinfoil dinners, which were delicious! We also had delicious root beer :) Then we played a round of Killer Bunnies. It's a fun card game that we like to play.
We had a great evening. To finish it off we stopped at a few stores, mostly to window shop, then we came home and hung up some pictures on our walls. I've been trying to get up the motivation to hang up our pictures for months, so it was nice to finally do it!!! Here are all of our pictures from the evening:
