I can't believe my baby boy is 7 months! And I know I say that every month update, but its insane how quickly time flies and how fast Benjamin changes. Everyday he is doing something new, and it is so fun to be a part of!!
2 weeks ago Benjamin had a dr. appointment. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I remember the percentages he is in. His weight is 27th percent, his height was 72nd percent, and his head circumference is 95th percent!! So we have a tall, big headed, green bean on our hands!! He is absolutely adorable! I get lots of comments on his big head, and I like that :) I have a large head too, so its fun knowing he gets that from me!
Benjamin officially has two teeth! Both bottom teeth in the front came in at the same time! He has gotten extra drooly and slobbery, and he will chew on anything he can get his hands on. He loves to grab his toes, but he doesn't really chew on them very often. His favorite toy is his johnny jump-up.
We have decided that Benjamin's hair is auburn. In some light his hair looks completely red, other times it looks blonde, other times its totally brown. Its really fun how his hair changes colors so easily!
He eats solids like a champ these days. He easily will eat three full meals a day of solids, and I think he is starting to prefer solids to his bottle. He has started pushing himself up on his hands and knees. I am so not ready to have a mobile baby, but it is coming faster than I would like. I guess its time to start baby-proofing my house!
Benjamin is wearing 3-6 or 6 month clothes. We are definitely going through sizes a lot slower than I expected we would, but I don't mind. 6-9 month sizes are still pretty baggy on him. The hard part is that the body fits good on the smaller clothes, but its near impossible to get them over his huge head!! He doesn't like it very much when the clothes are tight on his face when I'm trying to get him dressed.

We opened Benjamin a savings account to start putting away money for college. This is his first ever piggy bank!

Drinking a bottle at Aunt Anna's while Anna and I bottled tomatoes. He was such a well behaved baby and loved playing with Seth and watching Seth's TV shows!
And then here are some of his seven month photos that I took today. The little stinker bug wasn't super smiley, but they still turned out cute! He has started this new thing of always sucking on his bottom lip, so in all the pictures that he looks pouty in, thats what he is doing!
What a cute boy I have been blessed with! Dan and I can't imagine life without him! He is so much fun and we love having him in the family!
