I have been bad at posting on this blog so far this year, because I don't have many pictures to share. My phone's memory is completely full, and I can't figure out how to clean it up. So, yeah. I really need to buy a new phone anyways, so maybe once that happens I will be able to take more pictures!!
Fortunately I was able to get some pictures of Easter, thanks to other people sending them to me!! Easter was really fun this year! On Saturday we spent the day with my family. The morning was spent at my Grandma Kolts' home doing a big cousin Easter egg hunt! It was lots of fun. Benjamin enjoyed throwing the eggs around, and once he realized there was sugar inside of them, he loved them even more!! We then spent the rest of the day with family, and all got together for a big dinner that evening.
We drove back home Saturday night, and spent Easter morning at our own home. There was a trail of Easter eggs that led to Benjamin's basket. In his basket he got sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and a kid size Camelbak water bottle. Benjamin is always stealing my water bottle, so I'm super excited that he has his own now!! The Easter bunny spoiled me, I got a Raclette maker and cheese board! I am so excited, and it will get used a lot in our home!! I just have to watch myself, so I don't eat too much cheese :) And for Dan, the Easter bunny got him a sushi making class for two! So that will be fun for a date night for the two of us!
After church we drove up to Bountiful and spent the rest of the day with Dan's family. It was a fun day, complete with Easter egg hunt, where Benjamin got spoiled by his grandma with lots of fun sandbox toys! We are so excited for it to warm up so we can use them!!
It was really a fun weekend and a great time to recognize our blessings! I am so grateful for my beautiful little family! Benjamin is at such a fun age right now! It is a joy to be his mommy. He is so cute and fun, he naps great, and he has finally started sleeping through the nights! And Daniel is the best husband for me. I absolutely love him, and am lucky to have him in my life. He works so hard, and is really a great example to me!! Love that boy, love both of my boys!!
