13 weeks.

Alright everyone, this is my first bump photo. Don't laugh, I know I look fat and chubby, and not really pregnant at all!! Haha, but I've been excited to be pregnant for a really long time, and I want to document this journey, even the not-so-glamorous parts. 

Sorry for the horrid picture quality! Next time I'll try to take a picture in the daytime! If you can't tell, the sign says 13 weeks! I am officially in the 2nd trimester! Its crazy to believe we're 1/3 of the way done with this adventure! But I'm so excited to be!!

The first 13 weeks have been kind of rough. I haven't been horribly sick, but I have felt pretty gross basically everyday since 6 weeks. And I'm EXHAUSTED all the time. There have been many nights where I have been in bed by 9! But sleep is not the easiest thing to do! Between having to get up 3 times a night to use the restroom, and not being able to get comfortable, its been a struggle! Haha, but Dan is amazing and I basically just rest all evening once I get home from work!

Also, I can't get my pants to button up anymore! The belly-band has saved my life! And I pretty much live in maxi-skirts, which are quickly becoming my new favorite thing! The blue shirt I'm wearing in the picture is also a maternity shirt! Can't believe I already need it, but its just so much more comfortable! I'm going to try to do all of my weekly pictures in the same shirt, that way the difference will be more obvious!

One of the best parts of this week was getting a package in the mail with all of these cute goodies:

These adorable little clothes and socks have made me so excited! Its going to be a long 27 weeks until we get to welcome this little baby into the world!
