Updates have been few and far between these last two months because Benjamin and I have been off having adventures in Wisconsin :) We spent 5 weeks in Northern Wisconsin on a beautiful lake, but there will be a massive post about that later ;)
For now, Benjamin and I are happy to be back home with Dan. Man, I sure missed that boy while I was gone! Being a single parent is tough stuff!! I can't even imagine trying to do that on a permanent basis! And on top of all the "parental" duties I had no one to share with, I missed Dan because he is my best friend! I missed his hugs, his smiles, and his jokes. I missed having someone to talk to late into the night, whispering so that we didn't accidentally wake up the baby. I missed having someone to share my big plans with, to laugh at my mistakes, and to share in this life with!
Since coming home I have been feeling blessed to have such an amazing family! This includes parents, siblings, in-laws, and especially my own little family. Dan and Benjamin are a huge blessing in my life!!
