Last night I had the fun opportunity to go to Activity Day's with my 8 year old niece. Its been awhile since I went to Activity Day's myself. Something like 10 years. And while that sounds like a long time, it still feels like I'm that blonde haired little kid sometimes.
Mikelle's Activity Day's group was having a Mommy-Daughter evening, but her mom is out of town. I was honored to be selected as a replacement. We had a fun time talking, painting our nails, and eating treats. Mikelle painted my nails and her own. She is practicing her skills so that she can convince her mom to let her paint her nails by herself :) She was a doll the whole time, and I tried to give her tips and pointers to help her out. She told me it was her first time ever painting nails. I was impressed how well she did!
Here are some pictures we took once we got home. It was a fun evening and I'm glad I got to spend the night with Kelle-Belle. I sure do love her
