Daniel and I grilled outside for the first time tonight! I guess that means spring has finally started :) I'm worried that there will still be another snowstorm, but until that actually happens we are enjoying the sun and the nicer weather.
We got the charcoal grill from Anna and Mike, so that was awesome! We were super excited to be able to use it right outside our back door. Dan loves to grill, and well . . . I love to eat food that has been grilled. You could say we make a pretty good pair :) We grilled up marinated chicken (thanks again to Anna for the recipe) and then also grilled some zucchini and mushrooms. The food was delicious!! And we will probably be grilling out a lot more this summer!! If you have any yummy recipes, feel free to send them our way!
