Two years ago Daniel officially proposed to me. The day started out with a knock on my door. My little sister stood there with a bottle of root beer. Root beer signifies the beginning of a treasure hunt (long story short, its a family tradition). It was one of the longest, craziest, best days of my life. And I'm so glad that I said yes :)
I can barely believe that it has been two years ago. Time always goes faster in hindsight I guess. The scavenger hunt that Dan sent me on went from Provo Canyon to Midvale, to SLC, to Bountiful. Along the way Dan's siblings Kristin and Bradley joined Mariah and I. It was so much fun to involve our families in our special day, to share with them the excitement that we felt. I think it took me until SLC to realize what was really going on. I was in shock, or denial I guess. And the wedding ring Daniel gave me was absolutely perfect!! I love it so much! I think two years ago today I made the best decision of my life :)

** {Update} - Dan and I went out to Culver's for dinner tonight, and then to see 'Non-Stop' up at Thanksgiving Point. We had a great Family Night, enjoyed good food and a good movie, and had fun reminiscing on how far we have come in the past few years!!
