We actually had to hold Date Night this week on Thursday evening because, well we had so much fun stuff planned for the weekend!!! (there will be more posts on them, promise!) The weather has been so nice recently that when we got home from work/school we went on a walk and through the frisbee around. We have this nice park nearby that has a river running through it. It was beautiful to be outside!!

I think this date night ended up being more for me than Dan. But he was a great sport and I think we both ended up having a lot of fun!! Thanks to my sister, who let us borrow her face masks, we spent the evening looking like this:
The face masks felt weird as they dried, making your face feel all tight. But peeling them off was the coolest thing ever! I really liked how it felt! And mine peeled off in one huge piece.

During the evening we also gave our feet a nice hot soak in water with a foot scrub, watched a movie, and enjoyed being home! It was a fun, relaxing date night that was absolutely free!! I think it worked out perfectly that it was on a Thursday night too, because it was fun, but not overwhelming or too boring for a Friday night!
